The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. LiveEx Shield does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Service or any information contained therein.To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveEx Shield disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LiveEx Shield will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service or from any information contained therein, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Ontario). The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by the parties or, failing agreement, by the Canadian Arbitration Association. The language of the arbitration will be English.
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms by ceasing to use the Service.LiveEx Shield may terminate these Terms or suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, without notice.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveEx Shield, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, expenses, or other liabilities arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
The Service is intended for use by businesses only and not for use by consumers or individuals. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a business entity and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
